Quick, Easy, Classic
Some nights you just want to eat something simple. Chicken piccata is such a classic dish and this Rachel Ray recipe is always delicious and literally takes 30 minutes. We made this with "bow tie" pasta because we like it better but you can use the traditional penne or whatever you like better.
The sauce gets nice and thick from the flour and it is plenty salty from the capers so go easy on the seasoning before you cook your chicken.
