Baked S'mores... it dosen't get better then this people

Super Bowl Sunday = go big or go home
I found this recipe a few weeks ago on The Apron Gal. Baked s'mores will be a big hit no matter why you make them so get baking!

Here's the original recipe, with my adaptions for the no lactose crowd of course.
I thought adding turbinado would provide a little different taste and texture.

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, room temperature (I used earth balance)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar (I used 1/4 cup granulated & 1/4 cup turbinado)
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cups flour
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (approximately 7 full graham crackers)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 or 3 super-sized (5 oz.) chocolate bars (e.g. Hershey’s) (I used Hershey's special dark)
1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme/fluff (not melted marshmallows)

Over all this was a cinch to make except for the marshmallow creme. That stuff does NOT spread easily and I ended up dumping the entire container on the chocolate bars, letting it sit for a few minutes and then spreading it out with my hands. Fun, and delicious!

One last thing, The Apron Gal says to use an 11X7 pan, which I do not have. But, did I check that before I made the crust and was ready to put it in a pan, probably not. So, I just used "part" of my 13X9 pan and it was just fine.

You can find the rest of the directions at The Apron Gal.  They go something like this:
